Iris Briand, RDN is the founder of Sol Food Nutrition. She provides nutrition-coaching programs + workshop services. She is a Registered Dietitian Provider at 2BWell Clinics and Geri Care in Portland, OR. Her goal is to guide others to make lasting dietary and lifestyle changes to optimize their health
